  • 2-3+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare navigation, project coordination, or similar.
  • Comfortable learning and offering feedback on new software tools (bonus if you've used CRMs or patient platforms).
  • Bonus points if you've worked in a startup or early-stage environment.
