Responsibilities
- Maintain strong knowledge of products (e.g., SKUs, fit, features).
- Operate the POS system to manage sales, returns, exchanges, and balance cash drawers.
- Support and achieve sales goals through upselling, cross-selling, and promoting in-store offers.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the dress code.
- Opportunities to assist or travel for events or store build outs (eligibility criteria applies)

Compensation
- Salary Range - Colorado
- For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Aviator Nation includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role.
- A reasonable estimate of pay range is $18-$24/hr.
