About the role
- This role is located on jobsite and will require travel often.
- Specific location details and expectations will be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities
- The Administrative Assistant, Services will provide administrative support to project management and field team (may be one or more people) for construction project, or another specified project or department.
- Set up and maintain an organized office working space
- Manage inventory of materials and tools
- Manage site access logs
- Manage safety paperwork, including administering site safety orientations, verifying completion of safety documentation and filing.
- Manage office supplies, first aid kits, sanitary supplies (and porta john cleaning coordination), PPE including FR, Fire extinguishers, eye wash stations, etc.
Requirements
- Minimum two years secretarial or clerical experience in addition to above training
- Ability to keyboard 45 wpm accurately
- Working knowledge of general office procedures and office machines
