About the role

Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certificate or Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certificate.
Surveying and renewables-focused experience.

As an Engineer I - Civil & Structures, you'll support the design and execution of renewable energy projects including wind, solar, and battery storage.
You'll work closely with Senior Civil & Structures Engineers and Senior Project Engineers to assist with managing third-party engineering firms, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring project designs meet all technical, safety, and quality requirements.
Assists the Senior Engineers - Electrical and Senior Project Engineers to support Blattner Internal Engineering and other stakeholders with the project design through project completion.
Aligns construction teams to ensure they have the necessary design information, quantities, and specifications to build the projects.
Creates designs that satisfy the design life of the power plant by establishing compliance with local, state, and international building codes and company best practices.
Create designs that provide the most economical means to satisfy the design life of the power plant.

Bachelor's degree in civil, structural, or mechanical engineering, or related field from an ABET accredited college required.
Previous engineering or construction/field related experience in a related industry (i.e., heavy civil, industrial, utilities).

$68,684.00 - $99,593.00 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
