About the role

Responsibilities

  • Using a common model to support a data-driven systems engineering lifecycle.
  • NOA Chief Engineer (CHENG) engages in technical analysis to support efforts for future epics and the Program Objective Memo (POM) prioritization.
  • The Navel Tactical Grid (NTG) system implements the NOA and provides and distributes an efficient, agile, and expeditious communications and information exchange system for the Navy.
  • This system will support and enhance the Navy's warfighting capabilities by enabling interoperability between disparate systems and creating a holistic operational environment that brings together Surface, Sub-surface, Airborne, Unmanned, and Shore platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, STEM
  • Citizenship and Clearance requirement: US Citizenship required.
  • Active Secret clearance required
  • active TS SCI clearance required in most cases
  • Focuses on enabling the proper DevSecOps (DSO) best practices and processes for software development and generating the required development artifacts to support continuous cyber accreditation.
  • US Citizenship required.
