Analyzing trends and themes in fundraising data to help drive insight, business decisions and sales behaviors.
Collaborating with India team to create and maintain a suite of management reports to track and monitor KPIs.
Strategic thinker who is able to build consensus amongst colleagues.

5+ years' experience in investment management, preferably with exposure to private markets.
Experience with visualization and analytical tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau).
Acting as a proxy for the Head of Channel Management where required.

Strong analytical skills and comfortable managing large data sets.
Highly numerate with financial acumen.
Proficient user of technology.
Exceptional communicator, both written and oral.
Excellent organizer and planner.
Able to build rapport and strong relationships quickly.
Self-motivated and proactive, identifying areas of risk or enhancement well in advance.
Hard worker with high level of stamina.

Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus).
Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive.

$125,000 - $150,000

Overseeing the accuracy and completeness all fundraising data (commitments, opportunity pipeline, activity) as it relates to Family Investor, Retirement and Insurance Solutions clients.
Project managing key growth initiatives for the Family Investor, Retirement/DC and Insurance Solutions segments.
Assisting the Heads of Family Investor, Retirement/DC and Insurance Solutions teams as required.
Compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including relative experience, overall years of experience, industry experience, education and designations.
