Responsibilities
- Analyzing trends and themes in fundraising data to help drive insight, business decisions and sales behaviors.
- Collaborating with India team to create and maintain a suite of management reports to track and monitor KPIs.
- Strategic thinker who is able to build consensus amongst colleagues.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in investment management, preferably with exposure to private markets.
- Experience with visualization and analytical tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau).
- Acting as a proxy for the Head of Channel Management where required.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable managing large data sets.
- Highly numerate with financial acumen.
- Proficient user of technology.
- Exceptional communicator, both written and oral.
- Excellent organizer and planner.
- Able to build rapport and strong relationships quickly.
- Self-motivated and proactive, identifying areas of risk or enhancement well in advance.
- Hard worker with high level of stamina.
Compensation
- Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus).
- Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive.

Benefits
- Overseeing the accuracy and completeness all fundraising data (commitments, opportunity pipeline, activity) as it relates to Family Investor, Retirement and Insurance Solutions clients.
- Project managing key growth initiatives for the Family Investor, Retirement/DC and Insurance Solutions segments.
- Assisting the Heads of Family Investor, Retirement/DC and Insurance Solutions teams as required.
- Compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including relative experience, overall years of experience, industry experience, education and designations.
