About the role

  • This first-shift position is responsible for setting up and operating press brake equipment to bend, form, and fabricate metal components according to engineering specifications and quality standards.
  • The ideal candidate has experience working in a metal fabrication environment and takes pride in producing high-quality work while maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.
  • Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and report equipment issues to the supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Ability to perform basic machine setups and tooling changes.

Requirements

  • Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting production deadlines.
  • Experience with CNC press brake equipment.
  • Knowledge of metal fabrication processes.

Nice to have
