Responsibilities
- Able to manage 5 to 30 men
- Strong leadership and project management skills to lead a team of electricians.
Requirements
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment Able to work 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, overtime as required Note: This is a local Position (on site in San Antonio).
- Active TX TDLR journeyman electrical license OR master (Required)
- Minimum of 1+ years documented field work in the commercial industry Proven work experience as an Electrical Foreman or a similar supervisory role.
- Treat client with the highest degree of respect and work to develop a partnership environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively on any issues or room for improvement coordinating with team members, clients, and other stakeholders

Skills
- Organizational: Must be organized, plan and coordinate work ahead of time.
- Troubleshooting: Investigate and problem solve to determine the most efficient way to install changes to existing service.
- Time Management: Be efficient with your time and materials while ensuring top quality electrical installations.
- Scaffold, aerial lifts, cat walks or other safe work areas.
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.
- Inspecting electrical work for quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshooting complex electrical problems effectively and efficiently.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and the National Electrical Code.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and blueprints.
- Effective problem-solving abilities to address and resolve work-related issues.
- Additional certifications may be beneficial, such as OSHA safety training or specialized electrical system training.
- Punctual, motivated and detail oriented Superior communication.
