About the role
- The Telecommunications Installer (Level IV) is responsible for complex installation and modification of circuits, power transitions, and equipment testing on active power systems.
- This role includes troubleshooting, overseeing critical work activities, and performing Site Supervisor duties to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and successful project execution.
- This role will report to the Region Services Manager.
Responsibilities
- Perform circuit modifications, additions, and removals on active power distribution systems.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of six (6) years of experience in DC power equipment installation is required.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
- Ability to operate motorized lift equipment to maneuver, install or remove 80-750 lb. batteries

Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using computer-based management and administrative tools, including Microsoft Office, Salesforce (SFDC), and Workfront.
