Full-cycle recruiting expertise (5-7 years): Experience managing end-to-end recruiting processes and driving consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes across multiple roles and stakeholders.
Ability to identify and engage passive talent through market research, Boolean search strategies, and targeted outreach, enabling stronger pipeline development.
Ability to effectively evaluate talent and guide candidates through the process while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
Proficiency in designing and executing advanced search strings to identify and engage passive talent pools.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer support or sponsorship now or in the future.

Experience in recruiting for Financial Services, FinTech, adtech/martech, or SAAS.
Familiarity with sales commission and compensation structures.
Ability to leverage recruiting data to track progress, identify trends, and inform decision-making.

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $72,300.00 - $105,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job.
