Responsibilities
- The Field Operations Coordinator will strategically lead outreach components of the EKY Runway Project.
- This position will implement and continuously refine outreach strategies to find clients for the program.
- The Field Operations Coordinator is client facing to support program goals and outcomes.
- Build relationships with community leaders, local organizations, and institutions to facilitate recruitment efforts
- Tailor and deliver key project messages to diverse audiences including underserved and marginalized populations
- Maintain daily logs detailing mileage, contacts made, and conversations held
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to identify and engage marginalized populations
- Proven experience in program coordinator, strategic outreach, and/or field-based project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Regular and reliable attendance required
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Must be able to handle prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or standing at an event
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time when necessary
