  • As a Program Leader, you're in charge of leading our Booster programs on school campuses.

Responsibilities

  • You lead high-energy experiences, oversee team delegation, think through event details, safety, and coordinate all logistics.
  • You lead your team on campus to help create remarkable experiences for schools through delegation, feedback, clear instruction, and celebration.
  • You creatively use resources and daily interactions to engage, motivate, and create fun experiences for students.
  • You build trust with our clients through excellent service, effective communication, and intentional care.

Requirements

  • You can pass Booster's Background and Motor Vehicle check
  • You can connect professionally with students, faculty, and staff through written and verbal communication.
  • You have a strong sense of self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
  • You are a hard worker who gets things done in a timely and efficient manner.

Compensation

  • $32,000 - $40,000, non-exempt
