- The L&G Performance and Reporting team is responsible for delivering market‑leading client reporting and performance solutions across the firm's suite of investment offerings.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- Manage and deliver change initiatives and project work, including "side‑of‑desk" projects, in partnership with Technology and other stakeholders.
- Own and maintain the relationship with L&G's LGIM London counterparts, ensuring strong collaboration, alignment of standards, and effective cross‑regional delivery.
- Partner closely with Investment teams, Client teams, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Compliance to enhance reporting quality, system reliability, automation, and overall operational scalability.
- Intellectually curious and intuitive, with the ability to challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex initiatives concurrently.
- Strong individual initiative with a demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive work forward.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or Engineering; advanced degree in a financial field and/or CFA preferred.
- Strong understanding of performance measurement methodologies and attribution models.
- Proven experience with performance calculations across asset classes and strategies.
- Experience with market data and portfolio tools such as Bloomberg and FactSet.
- Experience with SQL, VBA, or other programming languages is a plus.
Compensation
- $100k-$130k
