The L&G Performance and Reporting team is responsible for delivering market‑leading client reporting and performance solutions across the firm's suite of investment offerings.

Lead, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Manage and deliver change initiatives and project work, including "side‑of‑desk" projects, in partnership with Technology and other stakeholders.
Own and maintain the relationship with L&G's LGIM London counterparts, ensuring strong collaboration, alignment of standards, and effective cross‑regional delivery.
Partner closely with Investment teams, Client teams, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Compliance to enhance reporting quality, system reliability, automation, and overall operational scalability.
Intellectually curious and intuitive, with the ability to challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement.
Demonstrated organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex initiatives concurrently.
Strong individual initiative with a demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive work forward.

Undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or Engineering; advanced degree in a financial field and/or CFA preferred.
Strong understanding of performance measurement methodologies and attribution models.
Proven experience with performance calculations across asset classes and strategies.
Experience with market data and portfolio tools such as Bloomberg and FactSet.
Experience with SQL, VBA, or other programming languages is a plus.
