About the role
- Zarminali Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our foundational team in Rochester Hill, Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Treatment Planning: Develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to each child's needs, incorporating evidence-based practices.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Care Coordination: Support transitions of care and ensure alignment across providers to maximize outcomes for each patient.
- Communicator: Builds strong, clear communication with patients, families, and care teams.
- Advocate: Supports children and families with empathy, meeting them where they are.

Requirements
- Experience with sensory integration and developmental therapy techniques
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Nice to have
- Minimum of two years of pediatric experience preferred
