We seek a skilled Measurement Advisor for our Liquids Pipelines team.
In this role, you will provide technical expertise and guidance on custody transfer measurement systems and practices.

Lead and complete custody transfer measurement audits across Enbridge and interconnection facilities, ensuring adherence to measurement standards, procedures, and contractual obligations.
Review equipment, records, processes, and field practices to find opportunities for improvement and support measurement accuracy and integrity.
Prepare audit findings, recommend practical corrective actions, and collaborate with collaborators to drive timely resolution of deficiencies.
Deliver technical knowledge and measurement backing for projects, commissioning activities, facility modifications, investigations, and operational initiatives.
Develop and deliver training that improves understanding and consistent application of custody transfer measurement requirements and standard methodologies.
Support the development, review, and maintenance of measurement procedures, standards, calibration programs, and verification practices.
Partner with Operations, Asset Performance, Business Development, Loss Management, and other collaborators to address measurement challenges and improve business performance.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities, capable of clarifying technical concepts to varied audiences.
Proven ability to influence collaborators, drive accountability, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience with measurement verification and/or liquid pipeline custody transfer measurement systems.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize various tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
experience interpreting P&ID and PFD drawings is considered an asset.
