About the role
- We are seeking a Senior Android Developer (Kotlin) for the Mobile Team dedicated to designing and enhancing mobile application.
- The candidate is responsible for making well informed decisions to contribute to the technical direction of the projects their team works on, with a focus on delivering functionality and a strong bias towards action and quality.
- Their critical thinking and solution-oriented approach will be applied continually to contribute to the success of the team.
Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, as well as debug complex software with a high level of quality
- Lead technical innovation in the areas of component re-use, extensibility, maintainability and scalability.
- Participate in a support queue rotation (designed to respect personal time) to support team software.
- Identify gaps in product requirements and work with Product Owners to design features that meet client needs
- Plan, implement and execute end to end automated tests that validate good quality results. Evolve AlayaCare's testing practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, engineering or related fields.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with data software development.
Nice to have
- Experience with KMM & Test Automation are nice to have.
