About the role
- Exciting opportunity to join FNZ growing team!
- You'll work closely with subject matter experts, product managers and developers to translate complex financial and technical concepts into accessible content for diverse audiences-clients, regulators, and internal teams.
- All in a regulated financial institution.
Responsibilities
- Write, review and maintain documentation including product documentation, technical information and end-user help pages.
- Collaborate with SMEs to extract and structure content from handovers, product demos, design documents and technical specifications.
- Comfortable reaching out to colleagues and partners to chase updates, clarify details, and drive progress.
- Be part of a highly successful, rapidly growing, Pre-IPO global business that is leading the delivery of financial services via cloud computing and partners with some of the world's largest companies;
Requirements
- Required Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of the wealth management industry.
Nice to have
- Experience documenting wealth management platforms.
- Experience with MadCap Flare.
- Experience using Git source control.
- Experience working with HTML/CSS/Javascript
- Experience working with project tracking applications e.g. Jira
