Responsibilities
- Interface and coordinate with other disciplines, consultants, and product representatives, and conduct design-related research.
- Lead project teams successfully completing project tasks with supportive teaching.
- Produce and manage redline and review documentation.
- Provide day-to-day support to the project team and external consultants.
- Lead construction administration-related activities with the project team and across all disciplines.
- Designblendz seeks a Project Manager to participate in the design and documentation of residential and multi-family projects in our Philadelphia office.
- Project Managers work alongside principals, project architects, designers and the leadership to coordinate and develop design and construction documents for bidding and construction, provide construction phase administration activities, and mentor team members with less experience.
Requirements
- Produce field reports as required and appropriate based on the level of project responsibility.
Nice to have
- A professional degree in architecture from an NAAB accredited university and professional licensure.
- 10+ years of professional experience with a focus on residential and multi-family projects.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and management skills.
- Exceptional proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, and Bluebeam.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite applications
- Proficiency with Project management software.
- Quality control and coordination of construction administration services.
- Experienced in preparing project program and schedule
