- Full time, 40 hours/5 days a week, typically 8 am-6 pm, weekend availability required.
- 3+ years of experience in residential construction. · 3+ years of technical assessment experience in the home improvement industry. · Proficient in measuring and installing residential windows. · Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. · Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple assignments. · Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Teams, and video conferencing. · Professional appearance, excellent oral and written communication skills, team player, strong work ethic. · Licensed California driver with access to a reliable, insured vehicle Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive hourly rate of $31-$33/hour plus BONUS opportunity once training is completed.
