Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and ensure compliance with security protocols (e.g., NDAs).
- Maintain reception and common areas to ensure a clean, organized, and presentable environment.
- Operational Support
- Provide support across mail, hospitality, and facilities functions as needed.

- SPS team members may use transcription or note-taking technology solely to support accurate interview documentation.
Requirements
- Comfort with office technology (multi-line phones, MS Office, PC/Mac systems)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, polished presence and calm demeanor
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
- High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- A team-oriented approach with flexibility to support operations
- Qualifications
- Reliable and able to maintain assigned work schedule
Nice to have
- 1-3 years of experience in reception, concierge, or hospitality (preferred)
Skills
- Our company uses the Greenhouse applicant tracking system, which does not apply AI in these parts of the hiring process.
