About the role
- The operator will monitor alarms, take appropriate actions and make emergency overhead announcements when necessary.
- The operator will use multiple software systems to initiates text messaging to medical center staff.
- The operator reports system difficulties to the proper authority.

Skills
- Knowledgeable in the HICS Emergency Notification Process. (Required proficiency)
- Demonstrates a good working knowledge of all processes associated with the Telecommunications Operator position. (Required proficiency)
- Capable of multi-tasking with numerous interruptions. (Required proficiency)
Compensation
- Abide by Stormont Vail's Remote Worker Policy and will review and acknowledge the Remote Work Agreement annually.
