Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Senior Manager of CX Shared Services, the Operations Analyst (Financial Focus) plays a key role in helping drive data-driven decision-making, operational performance, and financial visibility across the organization.
- This role combines operational expertise with strong financial acumen, enabling teams to better understand cost drivers, improve efficiency, and support strategic decisions.
Nice to have
- Power BI Co-Pilot, Claude or similar tools preferred Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) is an asset
