About the role
- This role will supervise up to 25 hourly employees across assembly, testing, painting, crating, and warehousing while driving continuous improvement and fostering a strong team culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop employees through coaching, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Materials teams to resolve production challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing, kaizen, and 5S activities.
- Support workforce planning, scheduling, and departmental performance objectives.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and build a culture of accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of applicable experience, including 2+ years of leadership experience
- or High School Diploma and 8+ years of applicable experience, including 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP or similar ERP systems
- Experience with production reporting, data analysis, and operational metrics.
Compensation
- The estimated salary range for this position is $85k to $90k base plus bonus.
