Monthly Revenue Forecasting & Business Performance Reporting: Lead monthly executive-level forecasting and reporting of product financials, primarily visit revenue and associated operating metrics
Cross-Functional Support: Act as a strategic partner to commercial, marketing, and operational teams by delivering insights and recommendations based on financial and operational data
AI Finance Transformation: Support finance transformation initiatives by migrating forecasting and reporting from manual excel based processes to web‑based planning tools, and by leveraging automation and AI to streamline data preparation, analysis, and recurring finance reporting
Data Management & Insights: Leverage internal systems and collaborate with Data Science to gather data and drive meaningful, actionable insights
Demonstrated ability to coordinate information across multiple business units and build effective business relationships within an organization.
Ability to manage & prioritize multiple projects in order to meet deadlines.

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in finance, accounting, or business administration.
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Finance Manager with 4-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

Strategic Planning: Assist in the development of annual budgets, long-range strategic plans, and rolling planning in collaboration with business partners
The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $130,000.
In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2026.
