About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage and direct capital projects and machine rebuild.
- Read and develop engineering drawings as well as electrical schematics to diagnose problems and develop solutions for equipment issues.
- Support engineering team with designing layouts of systems and equipment.
- Helping engineers develop new methods or products.
- Communicate progress of assigned projects to the plant team with supporting documents.
- To perform this job successfully, the employee must possess the abilities or aptitudes to perform each duty proficiently.

- Associate degree.
Nice to have
- Good mechanical and electrical skills.
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and mechanical engineering drawings.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Problem solving skills.
- Self-starter - can work unsupervised.
- Familiarity with plastics and plastics processing a plus.
- Ability to learn plastics blow molding processing a must.
