About the role

As the prime point of contact for clients, physicians and visitors to the Site, this position exemplifies customer service.

Complex Care - for frail seniors who require the care of an interdisciplinary team to maintain and improve quality of life in safe, comfortable and supportive environments.

Unit Clerk certificate is required.
Intermediate computer skills required (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
This position requires high attention to detail, accuracy and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Excellent customer service, communication and organization skills required.
Responsible for other related duties as required.
Employees are required to use technologies, devices, resources, and systems provided by the employer, as per Carewest policy and procedure.
Adherence to relevant privacy legislation and best practice including HIA, ATIA, POPA, and InfoCare Behaviours, is required.
Unit Clerk and/or Medical Office experience is an asset.
