About the role

As a real estate niche-focused firm, we serve Real Estate Investors, Syndicates, and Fund Managers.
Generally, Senior Advisors will spend 50% of their time in direct client meetings via Zoom.
Tax Advisors will also provide technical input on tax and accounting issues, research tax solutions, train less-experienced staff, and nurture client relationships.

Our team is passionate about real estate and often owns investment.
As a Real Estate Tax Advisor at our firm, you will primarily focus on tax planning and advisory services for real estate investors who own and manage and invest in real estate syndications.
The most important characteristic of our Advisory team is our ability to deliver on promises and meet deadlines.
Our job is to build strong foundations of trust by delivering on our commitments, clearly and concisely.
We measure our success by accuracy, clarity, and our ability to lead projects to completion.

Having a passion for/or experience with tax planning and/or real estate investing is a strong plus.

Experience working directly with clients, managing client relationships, and ensuring engagement objectives are met accurately and on time.
Experience performing tax projections and estimates using professional tax planning software (e.g., BNA Tax Planner, CCH Prosystem fx Planning, etc.).
Effective written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
Experience with partnership syndications, including knowledge of waterfall allocations and operating agreements.
