About the role

As Senior Project Manager on the Irth EDO team, you would be responsible for planning and overseeing multiple customer projects to ensure that they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget and scope.
You will plan and designate project resources, monitor progress and keep stakeholders updated in a timely manner.
Ideal candidates would possess broad experience in handling difficult or sensitive situations, in a professional, timely, and thorough manner.

These tools support, but do not replace, human judgment in hiring decisions.
Your main goal would be to create and manage projects to successful completion - from initiation, through delivery, to closure, meeting all customer expectations and outcomes.

Required 12+ years' experience managing projects in customer-facing implementation roles in a Professional Services function in a Software Company, preferrable a SaaS provider.

Compensation The salary range for this role is CAD $170k.
This range reflects the base salary only and does not include any other compensation components.
