About the role

- This is a hands-on, builder role for someone who sits at the intersection of creativity and analytics - someone who loves coming up with compelling engagement ideas and also measuring what actually works.
- This role is in-person in San Francisco, part-time contract (10-20 hours/week), with a clear path to full-time for the right person.
Responsibilities
- Design and launch engagement campaigns across email, push, and in-app.
- Own lifecycle messaging strategy to drive activation and retention.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Support teams.
- Build repeatable playbooks for challenges, promotions, and launches.
Requirements
- Experience & skills
- Experience in engagement, lifecycle, or retention marketing.
- Comfort with analytics, dashboards, and basic SQL or spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with experimentation and A/B testing.
- Comfort working with CRMs and marketing automation tools.
Nice to have
- Interest in consumer financial services is a plus.
