About the role
- As the Branch Manager of our staffing agency, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch and ensuring the delivery of exceptional staffing services to our clients.
Responsibilities
- You will lead a team of recruiters and support staff, manage client relationships, and contribute to the strategic development and expansion of our agency in the West Valley area.
- Manage other branch employees
- Manage other branch employees; ensure that goals, operating procedures, and performance metrics are met.
- Create Branch Financial reports
- Meet Sales goals and drive markets and revenue growth
Requirements
- No experience with the staffing industry?
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
Compensation
- $50,000 Plus 2% OI
- President's Club Yearly Incentive Trip
