About the role

Minneola Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and qualified Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) or Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist (MT/MLS) to join our team.
will include working in all areas of the lab, including Blood Bank (excluding Microbiology), ensuring accurate and timely test results for patient care.

Perform laboratory tests and analyses accurately and efficiently, following established protocols and quality control procedures.
Work in all areas of the lab, including Blood Bank, to provide comprehensive testing services to support patient care.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards to maintain a safe and compliant laboratory environment.
Maintain accurate documentation of laboratory procedures and test results, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Previous experience working in a clinical laboratory setting is desirable but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Competitive wages based on years of experience.
Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.
Flexibility to work rotating weeknight call and weekend/holiday coverage as needed.
