About the role
- This role is a member of the Logistics Operations team responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant movement of finished goods, equipment, reticles, and other critical materials supporting semiconductor manufacturing operations.
- The position provides operational oversight and technical expertise across shipping, receiving, domestic and international transportation, carrier/vendor management, material handling equipment, and dangerous goods compliance.
- Provide day-to-day operational oversight of Shipping & Receiving, transportation, and logistics activities supporting Austin and Taylor operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient movement of inbound, outbound, inter-site, and finished goods shipments.
Responsibilities
- Manage vendor-operated labor, trucking carriers, and third-party logistics providers; monitor staffing, training, service levels, safety performance, and operational KPIs, and hold vendor leadership accountable for corrective actions.
- Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs for safety, cost, turnaround time (TAT), labor efficiency, transportation performance, delivery reliability, and vendor compliance to identify risks and drive operational performance.
Requirements
- Applicants must be authorized to access such information or eligible for government authorization.
Skills
- Minimum of 3 years in Supply Chain.
- 1 or more years experience in international shipping and customs clearance a plus.
- DOT, IATA, IMDG Hazmat shipping certification a plus.
- Military service and education in similar field may substitute for education and work experience requirements.
- Associate's or college degree.

Compensation
- The current base salary range for this role is between $84,000 - $135,000.
- Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
