About the role

  • We are looking for a talented Analytics Engineer to join our team as an Associate.

Responsibilities

  • As an Associate, you will work closely with our team of analytics engineers to design and develop advanced analytics solutions for our private equity-backed company clients.
  • We partner with PE firms managing more than US$400B in assets and are rapidly expanding globally.
  • Across PE portfolio companies, we drive 3% to 5% EBITDA uplift, accelerate roll-ups through standardized data and KPI frameworks, and maintain continuous exit readiness with high-fidelity performance instrumentation.
  • You will assist in understanding their business needs and developing tailored analytics solutions.

Compensation

  • $120,000 - $133,000 (CAD) Company Overview Teragonia is the AI Operating System for Private Equity, helping sponsors and their portfolio companies turn fragmented operational data into decisions that move EBITDA.
