Responsibilities
- Maintains and audits personnel files, and assists with archiving of both electronic and hard copy files, and organization of the file room;
- Creates and posts job descriptions, and creates interview guides;
- Maintains and updates various spreadsheets used to track recruitment and other initiatives;
Requirements
- The role receives direction from certain members of the Human Resources team, and will maintain relationships within the assigned group and employees of the organization, as required.
- Prepares New Hire information package, including coordinating of printing and ordering of 3rd party pamphlets as required;
- All other adhoc job duties as required;
- Strong Microsoft Office skills required.
