About the role
- Gestionnaire, Ingénierie des données (Product Intelligence) An English version will follow.
- Tu es la personne qui bâtira les fondations de données permettant à nos modèles d'apprentissage automatique de passer de la théorie à une réalité à grande échelle, influençant directement les revenus de centaines de partenaires mondiaux.
- Ton quotidien consistera à équilibrer la fraîcheur des données et la fiabilité des systèmes tout en collaborant avec les équipes de science des données pour opérationnaliser des modèles en production.
Responsibilities
- You will lead an engineering team dedicated to creating the data pipelines and real-time streaming infrastructure that power our most advanced AI products.
- You will own the technical roadmap and the growth of a team that prizes autonomy and technical excellence.
- We also give our teams access to AI tools and the encouragement to use them thoughtfully, to move faster, explore ideas, and build better ways of working.
Requirements
- You are someone who recruits and coaches high-performing talent, creating an environment where accountability and continuous improvement are the standard rather than the exception.
- You can navigate between technical depth and delivery speed, communicating effectively with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
- When it comes to AI, you don't just use it, you've replaced recurring manual work with workflows you built and refined, and you can tell the difference between output you can trust and output that needs your judgment.
