Responsibilities

  • You will collect, analyze, and organize commercial real estate data to support valuation consulting services and key client assignments.
  • Working closely with senior team members, you will contribute research, financial analysis, market insights, and consulting support across a broad range of commercial real estate asset types.
  • From appraisal review and financial due diligence to market analysis and investment managed services, you will gain exposure to complex advisory work and the processes that support institutional real estate decision-making.

  • Support valuation and advisory assignments.
  • Assist with financial analysis and cash flow modelling. You will support the preparation of financial models and cash flow projections using Excel, Argus Enterprise, and other industry-standard tools as part of appraisal, valuation, and advisory engagements.
  • Collaborate with experienced team members.
  • Working closely with Analysts, Consultants, Directors, clients, and third-party appraisers, you will contribute research, analysis, and administrative support across active assignments while building your technical and industry knowledge.

Requirements

  • You are comfortable working with numbers, financial analysis, and data interpretation.
  • You enjoy problem-solving, can think critically, and have the ability to work through calculations, financial concepts, and analytical challenges with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • The technical proficiency.
  • You have intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs, along with exposure to financial modelling.
  • Experience with Argus Enterprise or other valuation and modelling tools is considered an asset.
  • You can gather, organize, and synthesize information from multiple sources while managing competing priorities and maintaining a high level of accuracy in your work.
  • You are comfortable working within a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment.
  • You are motivated, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and deadlines.
  • You are willing to put in extra effort during busy periods and are excited by the opportunity to grow within a high-performing team.

Compensation

  • $45,000 - $75,000
