Use your interpersonal skills to develop, maintain and close new business opportunities.
Manage, track, and gather market intelligence using CRM tools and social media.
Partner closely and work collaboratively with recruiters to fill open positions.

2-3+ years of staffing experience within ERP, SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle SAP/E-Business Suite, Lawson, Workday, ServiceNow.
Determine and understand the business needs of the client, and their ideal candidate profile.

Ability to stay focused on tasks while sitting at a desk for long periods of time.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with constant shifting demands.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, especially the ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Openness to coaching and willingness to follow directions from supervisors and higher-ups.
