About the role

  • This position is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and sustainability of best practice standards across Aspire's service lines.

Responsibilities

  • Aspire encourages internal mobility and supports employees in exploring growth opportunities across the organization.
  • Recruiters will partner with HR to confirm eligibility and coordinate the next steps.
  • The only exception is an in-program, same-role shift change, which should be handled directly with your manager and HR Partner.
  • This role oversees systems that ensure adherence to applicable state, federal, and contractual requirements, while partnering with operational leaders to identify risk, strengthen quality practices, support corrective action, and promote sustainable improvement.

Requirements

  • Ability to travel frequently for work using personal vehicle
  • Must have satisfactory background checks
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education
  • Minimum of 5 years management experience overseeing group homes, shared living, educational settings, and/or day programs in an environment that provides services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office/365, Electronic Health Record, and other agency platforms
  • Excellence in the creation, development and implementation of systems
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record

Nice to have

  • One year of experience with certification and/or quality assurance preferred

Compensation

  • $67,000-$80,000 annually
