Responsibilities
- Obtain actionable information from sales, translating and coordinating data analytics to manufacturing and supply chain to drive product availability.
- Conduct research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to support strategic decision-making.
- Create and implement business strategies that align with revenue growth opportunities in the Infrastructure vertical market.
- Track performance metrics and program milestones, to identify and implement solutions and process improvements in support of continuous improvement and agility.
- The Sales Operations Planning Coordinator - Infrastructure Market will lead the coordination and support of cross-functional teams focused on the growth opportunity in the Infrastructure Market.
- This role drives collaboration between Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Virtual Design & Construction, Product Management, and Customer Care to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, project management, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional coordination and communication.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
