Responsibilities
- Exercises functional and technical supervision over instruction support staff.
- Plan, assign, and direct the work of instruction support staff; train staff and review work practices.
- Develop goals and prepare and implement specific objectives for assigned class according to Board and District Policy.
- Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment.
Requirements
- Experience and Training Guidelines Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying.
- Equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
Compensation
- Credentialed Staff Salary Schedule $ 63,741.00 - $ 113,527.00 Annually Annual Stipends: Masters $1000.00 Doctorate $1000.00 BCLAD $1000.00 Placement dependent on verifiable years of teaching experience in U.S. Public Education
- The district encourages advancement on the salary schedule for advanced classes taken to improve instruction in areas agreed upon by the teacher, principal, and Superintendent.
