About the role
- Axel is a tech-powered dispatch service building the next generation of freight operations. We're looking for an expert-level dispatcher to join our growing team. If you've got years of experience working with fleets, know load boards like the back of your hand, and can handle broker calls in your sleep — we want to hear from you. Role: Start Date: Mid-July
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hrs/week) Location: Remote (U.S.-based only) Pay: $5,500–$6,500/month depending on experience Type: Contract-to-hire What We're Looking For: 3+ years dispatching experience (preferably for 20+ truck fleets) Mastery of load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) Strong broker relationships + negotiation skills Comfortable using digital tools
