Responsibilities
- o Build a positive culture that supports growth, teamwork and collaboration with an emphasis on trauma informed care. o Motivate, supervise, and develop the team to support service integration and program improvement initiatives. o Supervise, guide, and mentor program staff towards delivering high-quality services, including assisting in their recruitment and training, and encouraging their continuous professional development. o Responsibility for ensuring ongoing training occurs to meet all state and federal mandates. o Develop corrective action plans or disciplinary memos to address performance issues of direct care staff in collaboration with the Program Director and Assistant Program Director. ●

Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent degree. ● A minimum of 1 year employment experience in the child welfare field working with children and/or adolescents. ● Related supervisory experience is highly preferred.
