Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all site activities, including the Chandos' Production System, project design, budget, schedule, performance, subtrades, and profitability.
  • Remove roadblocks, manage risk, and oversee project setup, execution, and close‑out.
  • Identify training needs, support apprenticeship programs, and build healthy, high‑performing teams.
  • You hold people accountable, drive results, and embed safety into every aspect of site operations.
  • With grit, collaboration, and a deep understanding of lean principles, you set the tone for excellence and deliver projects that meet or exceed expectations.
  • You thrive in a hands-on environment, solving problems on the fly and building trust through clear, respectful communication - even when the pressure's on.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrable experience as a construction Superintendent for a large general contractor on commercial ICI projects
  • Must have experience overseeing other Assistant Superintendents

Compensation

  • $120,000 - $150,000
  • The base salary range for this role is listed above and may vary based on your experience.
  • Throughout the interview process, we'll discuss your background to determine the best alignment for your experience level.
