- The Return to Title IV Specialist is responsible for understanding and maintaining compliance within the function of Return of Title IV.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required as position is compliance based.
- Previous experience in Return to Title IV is desired.
- Ability to work within complex data systems (CX/Jenzabar, PowerFaids).
- Leadership characteristics are required with the ability to hold self and coworkers to high standards in accuracy, deadlines, output, and compliance.
- Ability to train coworkers in Return to Title IV and other areas of expertise
- Ability to resolve problems and communicate professionally orally and in writing.
- Strong orientation toward a high volume and fast-paced environment with demonstrated experience in compliance.
- Must be able to maintain exceptional level of accuracy while meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and make professional judgement decisions on SAP Appeals
- Ability to multitask, organize and establish priorities are required.
