Requirements
- Familiarity with state plumbing codes for hospitals and commercial occupancies.
- Ability to communicate with co-workers and others.
- Ability to use a computerized work order control system.
- Ability to maintain required records, and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Documents and maintains all required records and information pertinent to assignments, work orders, instruction manuals, blueprints and other such materials as required.
Nice to have
- Graduate of a trade or vocational school with courses in blueprint reading & plumbing preferred.
Skills
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Compensation
- $23.23 - $32.52 Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience.
- The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan.
