About the role

Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end development process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-friendly software that addresses the unique challenges of the child welfare space.
Facilitate the expansion of our AI Package by consistently surfacing our AI features across our platform.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the technical roadmap, aligning with Binti's mission and business objectives.
You will help set ambitious but achievable goals, design team-wide norms and processes to streamline operations, and coach your team to top performance.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the technical roadmap, aligning with Binti's mission and business objectives.
Agile Methodology: Implement and champion agile development methodologies, ensuring the team operates efficiently and adapts to evolving project needs.
Binti builds software for state and county government agencies, focusing on reinventing social services.

Ability to align technical strategies with business priorities and goals, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.

Demonstrated success in leading and managing engineering teams to high performance, ideally in a SaaS or tech start-up environment with at least 5-7 years of management experience.
Ideally, you will bring a wealth of experience in SaaS product development, technical leadership, and a passion for leveraging technology to positively impact society.

Technical Expertise: Strong technical background with experience in full-stack development, cloud computing, and scalable architecture.
