Responsibilities

Manage and oversee key strategic initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational and customer goals.
Develop and manage program plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Coordinate and manage multiple projects within the program, ensuring alignment with program goals and timeline leading to successful completion.
Assemble and manage cross-functional program and project teams.
Designate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members and drive accountability for completion.
Builds strong relationships, synergies, and a strong sense of teamwork and community with all stakeholders.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program delivery.
Monitor and manage risks throughout the program lifecycle implementing mitigation strategies to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain comprehensive program documentation, including plans, schedules, and risk assessments.

Compensation

The hiring base salary range for this pos ition in Colorado is $ 120,000 - $ 149,500.

Program Manager role will be based in our Loveland, Colorado office as a key part of our Corporate Accounts team.
The hiring base salary range for this pos ition in Colorado is $ 120,000 - $ 149,500.
This position also offers an annual incentive plan.

Program Manager, MVH is responsible for overseeing and driving the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs and projects for the Corporate Accounts sales team assigned to our Mars Veterinary Health (MVH) customers.
Programs and projects are focused on those that drive revenue expansion and mutual growth with MVH partners in line with the organization's strategic goals.
This role involves coordinating and directly managing multiple projects, managing relationships and progress across cross-functional teams, and ensuring that programs are delivered on time.
At times, this role may also step in to support non-MVH customer projects as capacity allows as part of the broader Corporate Accounts Growth & Operations team.
