About the role
- What a typical day looks like: Assist in analyzing and improving fulfillment workflows, including material flow, packaging, and shipping processes.
Responsibilities
- Engineering and Business Excellence Manager, the student will support continuous improvement initiatives in our fulfillment and server assembly/testing operations in warehouse.
- Support assembly and testing operations for servers, focusing on cycle time reduction and quality improvement.
- Participate in layout design and optimization for assembly and test stations.
- Develop standard work instructions and contribute to process documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Production, Logistics) to implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Support time studies, ergonomic assessments, and capacity planning.
