About the role
- This position works to achieve monthly call quality performance while educating clients on products and services.
- This position is eligible for a shift differential.
- Shift differentials are provided for hours worked outside of standard office operations.
Responsibilities
- As a Loan Support Specialist within the Contact Center, you will be part of team of exceptional customer service professionals that are dedicated to providing exceptional service our customers.

Nice to have
- High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, or equivalent preferred
- 2-3 Years Internal/External customer service experience preferred
- 2-3 Years Bank or financial services experience preferred
Skills
- Ability to establish effective working relationships among team members and participate in solving problems and making decisions Working
- Ability to make right decisions based on perceptive and analytical processes, practicing good judgment in gray areas
- Ensure compliance with Northwest's policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulations
Compensation
- The pay range for this position is generally $16.00 to $17.50 per hour.
- Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the successful candidate's experience, skills, and knowledge.
