About the role
- Understand and follow safety practices/procedures and WHMIS.
- Ensure proper/safe use of equipment, safeguards, PPE and hazardous materials.
- This position pays an hourly rate and is eligible for overtime.
Responsibilities
- Develop inventory deployment plans aligned to sales demand and manage weekly shipment scheduling to meet targets
- Maintain accurate logistics documentation for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring proper filing, tracking, and accessibility
- Analyze warehouse performance to support Deliver in Full, On Time (DIFOT) targets and identify improvement opportunities
- Communicate shipping schedule changes to the control tower to optimize order cycle times
- Maintain system accuracy through routine inventory and transactional housekeeping across platforms.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain overall warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards

Requirements
- 3+ years previous related experience in supply chain, production or logistics
- Ability to lift and carry 50lbs
- Experience in a warehouse and distribution facility is an asset
- Prepare required documentation for disposals and approved U.S. returns, including customs and shipping documentation
- Perform additional duties as required to support business operations

Compensation
- This position pays an hourly rate and is eligible for overtime.
- Ecolab in good faith anticipates it will pay within the posted range.
