About the role

  • Understand and follow safety practices/procedures and WHMIS.
  • Ensure proper/safe use of equipment, safeguards, PPE and hazardous materials.
  • This position pays an hourly rate and is eligible for overtime.

Responsibilities

  • Develop inventory deployment plans aligned to sales demand and manage weekly shipment scheduling to meet targets
  • Maintain accurate logistics documentation for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring proper filing, tracking, and accessibility
  • Analyze warehouse performance to support Deliver in Full, On Time (DIFOT) targets and identify improvement opportunities
  • Communicate shipping schedule changes to the control tower to optimize order cycle times
  • Maintain system accuracy through routine inventory and transactional housekeeping across platforms.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Maintain overall warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards

Requirements

  • 3+ years previous related experience in supply chain, production or logistics
  • Ability to lift and carry 50lbs
  • Experience in a warehouse and distribution facility is an asset
  • Prepare required documentation for disposals and approved U.S. returns, including customs and shipping documentation
  • Perform additional duties as required to support business operations

Compensation

  • This position pays an hourly rate and is eligible for overtime.
  • Ecolab in good faith anticipates it will pay within the posted range.
